Transparent terms and conditions
To ensure a smooth and surprise-free experience, here are important things to know about payments:
- **When to pay:** All services are subject to a " $50 Basic Diagnostic Fee" which is applied as a credit towards the remaining balance if you choose to move forward with repair .For services requiring a deposit, the deposit is due before work begins. Final payment is due immediately upon completion of services for individual clients, or within 7 days for business clients, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
- **Invoicing:** You will receive a detailed invoice for all services rendered, outlining costs, payment due dates, and any applicable taxes.
- **Refund policy:** Due to the nature of cybersecurity and repair services, refunds ARE NOT offered for work already performed or for digital licenses purchased on your behalf. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will address any concerns on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us immediately if you have any issues with our service.
- **Late payments:** For business clients, payments not received by the due date will incur a late fee of 5% per week.
